The Veuve Clicquot Master Polo 2013
25 February 2013
The much anticipated Veuve Clicquot Masters Polo took place at the Val de Vie Estate this Saturday and it was a day of sophistication, glamour and classy fashion. Vivid Luxury did a great job in hosting this prestiges event and it exceeded all my expectations.

Sipping on Veuve Clicquot champagne, I was entertained by all the fashion from classic dresses, designer creations including Gavin Rajah, Hendrik Vermeulen and Kobus Dippenaar as well as high fashion couture by Jenni Button that was the biggest fashion label of the day. Jenni Button also hosted a couture fashion show with their latest collection designed by Warrick Gautier and Cleo Droomer. The collection is very revealing and sexy with lots of mesh, embellishments, romantic designs and avant garde details. I love the black, nude and champagne colour palette and what would Jenni Button be without over the top, dramatic creations.

Besides the fashion, it was a great day of socialising with my fellow bloggers, Leigh (lipgloss is my life), Karissa (My Love Affair with Cape Town), Clouds (And lollipops), fashionistas and celebrities such as Jen Su, Jeannie D, Leigh-Anne Williams and Tracey Lange.

My fashion expectations for the Veuve Clicquot was a bit different than what I expected but still very appropriate for the day. I was hoping to see more colour and more daring yet classy fashion as I think the majority played it safe with their ensembles.
Thank you Val de Vie, Veuve Clicquot and Vivid Luxury for this fabulous day out!
