In Cape Town, weekends are all about brunch and having a great time with friends and this past weekend we were invited to Seelan Restaurant at the V&A Waterfront to relax and enjoy good food and delicious cocktails by Ciroc Vodka.
Seelan Restaurant is not only the perfect place to go for gourment food and a great view, but it also has a real "party" vibe with lively music and entertainment.
We were treated to a variety of dishes for brunch and what better way to start off a weekend than with cocktails and oysters! What I liked about this brunch, is the way in which it was organised with waiters walking around with delicious platters of food and you could choose what you like and have as many of your favourite dishes as you like. It is just like a buffet, but in a much more glamorous way.
We also enjoyed a variety of berry cocktails by Ciroc and they made sure that it ended up being a great party by keeping the drinks flowing.
Salmon and cream cheese bagels, roasted chicken sausage with oven roasted tomatoes and the grand finale, waffles with seasononal fruit, whipped cream and syrup all contributed to a delicious meal and very happy customers.
