Reuben Riffel Freshens Up his Menu at Reubens One&Only, Cape Town

As a lifestyle blogger, it's always an honour when you get invited to join a table of food lovers to experience gourmet cuisine prepared by one of South Africa's top chefs. Reubens Restaurant by celebrity chef Reuben Riffel at the One&Only in Cape Town updated the menu at the restaurant by making it smaller and more focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients,clean flavours and of course attention to foodie details from presentation to taste.
“Where the menu was quite big before, I’ve reduced it and really pushed our focus on amazing seasonal ingredients. We’ve refined things a lot and there’s more seafood too – don’t worry though, the signatures like chilli squid and slow roasted pork belly will remain” says Chef Reuben.
