Dubai, 15 March 2016: Vesna Restaurant and Lounge, located at Conrad Dubai, is now open for lunch Sunday to Thursday from midday until 3:00pm. The contemporary Slavic venue, known for its teahouse-meets-Tolstoy ambiance, will offer a tree course menu for AED 99 that features existing favorites as well as new items.
Chef Maksim’s menu is ambitious, reflecting his confidence and culinary expertise. Modern cuisine and traditional Slavic classics can both be found on the menu. Notable starters include Olivier salad and Odessa style chicken galantine. Proceeding to soups, dinners will get an option of Slavic classics such as hot Borsch or cold Okroshka both marvelously presented in this newly opened luxurious retreat.
The cuisine inspired by imperial Russian style, offers diners a unique glimpse in the prerevolutionary era with a selection of intriguing dishes, steeped in rich Slavic history. When it comes to the main course options, the menu boosts such highlights as Beef Medallions with French fries and mushroom sauce and salmon with rice creamy spinach.
The flavour and texture of these dishes fuse together harmoniously, with refined gastronomic momentum continuing right through desserts. For additional AED 35 guest can chose between Honey cake, Napoleon cake and Bird’s milk cake. All come with a serving of coffee to complete the dining experience.
