Our Looks for the J&B Met 2014

Our Looks for the J&B Met 2014

01 February 2014

I could not have chosen a better theme for this year's J&B Met, and when it came to decide upon what we should wear this year to look victorious and be Made To Conquer, the first thing that came to mind was The Hunger Games!

Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games had a mocking jay pin to keep her safe and to help her through her time at the Games and in the end she is victorious and conquers all so with Ritza's look we drew inspiration from this and emphasized the symbol of the bird in the form of an incredible hat created by the amazing designers of The Little Hattery. A flowy chiffon gown by Craig Port was the perfect balance to look and for that victorious edge, we added dramatic silver accessories with a custom designed cropped jacket by Ricci JVR.

I was also dressed by Craig Port in his SS 2014 Collection and I wanted a strong print to suit the theme and compliment Ritza's look.
