In exactly one month she will celebrate her first wedding anniversary with Kanye West, and the big day was firmly on Kim Kardashian's mind on Friday.

The reality star wore her heart on her handbag at Variety's Power Of Women luncheon in New York City, as she carried a clutch which depicted her nuptials.
