Tuesday night me and Ritza had a fine dining experience at one of the Top 10 restaurants in South Africa, Terrior at Kleine Zalze in Stellenbosch. It is a beautiful estate with a rustic feel to it and you can enjoy gourmet food and amazing wines with the ultimate view.
I love the European feel to the restaurant by sitting outside with an amazing atmosphere of people and enjoying their food and wine. The menu is very sophisticated and it is almost impossible to choose a favourite as everything looks absolutely divine!
We had all the signature dishes on the menu for starters, mains and dessert, starting off with complimentary pork belly won tons.
For mains we had the amazing beef fillet with mushrooms and something I've never had before, bacon foam...it is this amazing light sauce that just makes the world of difference to your meal.
Dessert is always my highlight and they definitely did not disappoint with their sweet options:
And of course, to end off the night we enjoyed these amazing small cubes of awesomeness complimentary of the kitchen...
